CHARGES for your Special Day, holidays, overnights and 4Hrs + bookings made after January 1st 2024.

Bookings from 1st January 2024 will be subject to a deposit of 50%.

Cancellation charges.

​

In all cases of a cancellation the deposit is forfeited and in addition, the following charges are incurred.

Cancellations up to 28 days ahead of the 1st day of the booking, only the deposit amount is forfeited. Cancellation within 27 days and 8 days of the 1st day of the booking 75% of the total value of the reservation will be required to be paid and settled. Cancellation within 7 days of the 1st day of booking 100% of the total value of the reservation will be required to be paid and settled.

Day to day bookings:

All short notice cancellations (within 7 days of the booking) I respectfully ask for those sessions to be paid for as other owners may have wanted these slots and been declined.
